Are you looking to work with a growing IT Managed Service Provider who partners with key information technology vendors and key telco groups providing a "one-stop solution" for their quality customer base? Yes? Then keep reading!
Due to continued growth, an opportunity for you to join this great team in a client facing IT Project Engineer capacity has arisen.

This role will suit your passion for helping clients, both face to face and in the office, solving their IT and telco needs across hardware, software and communications. You will have an opportunity to leverage your IT Project Engineering knowledge and experiences as you problem-solve and support customers proactively with their information technology journey. You love problem solving, implementation and finding the right solution to the task at hand!

This is both a team focused and independent role that will leverage your self-motivation and IT engineering problem-solving skills, working across a complete project lifecycle. Technically, you will need to have a great knowledge of mainstream technologies that drive businesses from Microsoft, Cisco etc and related vendors with some knowledge of telco/mobile a real bonus. Of course, you'll be a lifelong learner who may have a "lab" set up at home where you enjoy learning, testing and trying out new things.
A positive outlook and a great sense of humour is a must as the team enjoys good office music, monthly staff gatherings, personal development and training, and flexible working arrangements.

A Little About Your Background

• Knowledge of Microsoft's core SME business applications, operating systems (including Office 365), printing and server/network environments.
• Ambitious, quick and self-motivated learner.
• Enjoy working directly with customers and leveraging your service skills.
• Storage, switching, routing and core utility computing knowledge
• Solution Design and technical solution architecture experience
• Practice and knowledge in scoping project deliverables, timelines and budgets
• The desire to lead and grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional phone manner with a genuine customer service focus
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Windows (All current flavours), Active Directory, GP, Terminal Server, Citrix, Office365, Azure, Hyper-V and SAN's
• Having worked in an MSP is desirable
• Knowledge of image-based backups is also handy

This is a permanent role, Perth based only applications.
