JOB DESCRIPTION
Ideally, you will have some hands-on experience in a supervisory role gained within agriculture, maintenance, mining, rail or similar. However, we’re more than willing to develop someone into this role if they can demonstrate potential to be a good people leader. We’re looking for someone with good behaviours: committed to developing, supporting and engaging a team; able to build positive and productive relationships; self-managing and enthusiastic.
A good working knowledge of OH&S is preferred. Basic computing skills are required to work in our systems. Licences or certifications such as loader, skid-steer, H or M class licence and/or first aid would be advantageous. The role will also require the ability to work at heights and confined spaces.
In addition to providing proof of working rights, suitable professional referees and progressed candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical.
