My client is a reputable supplier of solar and battery storage products, covering the residential, commercial and utility scale markets. They have a strong emphasis on providing excellent service and building lasting customer relationships.
About the Role
The role is to provide solar and battery storage technical expertise and troubleshooting advice to customers and installers across South Australia. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and will be able to speak Mandarin. You will be well organised and be able to solve any technical issues efficiently and effectively. It's a permanent position with full training provided. Some exposure within the solar industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email based problem solving and fault finding support for customers
- Answering technical product inquiries
- Liaise with different departments to ensure cases are dealt with efficiently
- Provide feedback to develop the technical support product documentation
- Mandarin speaking essential
- Degree in engineering preferred
- Ideally some exposure in solar or battery storage
- Good communication skills and ability to multitask
- Troubleshooting skills to identify problems and provide solutions
- Permanent and stable position
- Full training provided
- Flexibility to work from home
