Ambitious Contract Administrator equired to deliver new build Commercial Construction, Fit Out & Refurb projects across a multitude of sectors

ROLE:

* Preparation of subcontract packages
* Reviewing, negotiating and finalizing contracts
* Managing sub-contract schedules and the processing of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts
* Managing and tracking project expenditure
* Ordering materials and equipment
* Assess and process progress claims
YOU:

* A minimum of 8-10 years as a CA with a commercial builder
* Experience working on commercial projects of up yo $15m
* Managed the full life cycle of a project
* Stable career history
* Strong with systems
* Driven, ambitious and professional
* Tertiary Qualified / Trade background preferred
* Excellent communication skills
