Well established engineering company requires RPEQ Senior Structural Engineer with manufacturing experience.

Your New Company

Your new company is a well established engineering and construction firm with a long, rich history of work in Brisbane. With an increase in work they are currently looking to hire a full time Senior Structural Engineer to join their design team.

Your new role

In Your New Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Providing technical advice to a range of clients for various projects
• Overseeing and hands on involvement with design and fabrication of specialist materials handling equipment
• Design and installation of reinforced foundations and footings
• Design and installation of piling and subgrades
  
  What You'll Need To Succeed
  
  The successful candidate will have:
• Structural engineering qualifications recognised by RPEQ
• 7 years + experience in a similar role ideally in industrial and/or manufacturing sectors
• Experience with reinforced concrete, structural steel and an understanding of Geo-technical principles
• In-depth knowledge of Australia standards and the national construction code
• Experience with Spacegass, AutoCad, & Microsoft Suite
