About the Role:

• Based on site Port Melbourne - phone and email contact with clients
• Monitor and manage incoming quote requests from Tier 1, 2 and 3 customers in the commercial construction industry, focusing on front of wall sanitary ware
• Processing quotes in a timely and efficient manner
• Liaise with Suppliers to secure best pricing opportunities and maximise profitability
• Work with Account Managers to identify customer needs and provide competitive pricing
• Regularly liaise with Account Managers regarding the management of customer accounts
• Liaise with Account Managers and clients to follow up existing quotes
• Actively maintaining a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
• Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing product presentations and documentation as required

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

• Experience in retail plumbing/sanitary ware sales
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
• Competent computer skills with advanced knowledge in Excel, Word and outlook
• Enjoy working in a team environment, but also be self-motivated
