Key Accountabilities
Join the GrainFlow Team as the Site Manager for our grain storage and handling facilities at Dimboola. You will be responsible for leading the overall site operations requiring effective team leadership with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, talent development/management and maintaining performance standards.
You will lead and manage storage operations regarding; Harvest Receivals, Throughput, Grain Storage and Outturn to Road & Rail. Provide training in key activities to permanent and casual staff across, tarping, stack building, Mobile Powered Equipment, Grain Sampling. You will lead the risk management and EH&S systems and manage the site capex requirements and look for way to improve operations and procedures.

To be successful in this role you will bring strong people leadership skills to manage site-based teams and administer operational training on Standard Operating Procedures, utilising your expertise knowledge of manufacturing, grain and continue to build positive relationships with farmers and growers.
Promoting a safety culture and utilising your effective communication skills you will empower the team and address any areas of concern. With the ability to build positive relationships with our customers and maintain an efficient and safe operational environment.
Due to the changing demands of the role you must have a willingness to work flexible hours when needed to meet customer requirements. A tool of trade vehicle is provided; a clean drivers licence is mandatory for this position.
All candidates will be required to undergo medical, police and drivers licence checks.
