This role is on a fly in fly out basis from Brisbane on a 2 week on 1 week off roster.What this role involves: Management of site and all contract scoped accommodation and catering services Impeccable client relationship development / managementDemonstrable team management, development and leadershipFull financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labor and food costs What we require from you: Accommodation reservations systems experience (VAMS, SAMS, RMS)A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (highly desirable)Stable and progressive management experience within a remote environmentA commitment to genuine, friendly customer serviceA motivated, constructive and professional ‘can-do’ attitudeResourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasmAdherence to food and general safety practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentPhysically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasksPride in personal appearance and hygieneAbility to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity and inclement weather A manual drivers’ license (preferred) and forklift ticket (highly desirable)
