Client;
My client operates in the remote manufacturing space, working with all the big names in the mining industry.
Due to the signing of new contracts, they are on the look out for a full time Electrician to join their Port Hedland team.

Your Responsibilities;
• Provide immediate breakdown support for the production team to ensure production
targets and timeframes are achieved.
• Complete assigned Preventative Maintenance Routines (PMR’s) and resultant
corrective repairs.
• Undertake planned and corrective repair work.
• Participate with the Operations Engineer to plan corrective electrical work.
• Report nonconformances and problems to the Operations Engineer and take
corrective action as necessary.
• Investigate spare part, equipment and material pricing and submit to the
administration officer for ordering and the necessary approvals.
• Ensure that materials and equipment on site are safely handled and stored to prevent
loss, damage or injury.
• Ensure that measuring and testing equipment is properly identified, calibrated,
adjusted and labelled prior to use.
• Ensure that plant and equipment is maintained in a safe condition and is regularly
serviced.
• Carry out inspection and testing, as directed by the Operations Engineer, in
accordance with quality plans and checklists and report the results.

Requires;

• WA Electrical License
• Working at Heights
• Proven experience with PLC and SCADA
• The ability to pass a medical with drug & alcohol test
