Focussing on preparation and recording of home build contracts
Work for a townhouse building company
The Company
Well structured, busy, with a flat management structure, this established brand within the medium density townhouse building space has been delivering profitable, quality home builds during a time when other builders have struggled to master the process.
Due to ongoing growth and increase in the volume of work, they require a Contracts Compliance Officer to oversee the contractural documentation of the process.
Delivering hundreds of new double and triple story townhouse builds on an annual basis, they have a long secure pipeline of work and looking to bolster their support team to assist with this growth.
The Role
Reporting into the Information Controller you will be working to ensure the Contractual and administrative process that supports all engagement with clients, is in place. Other duties include:
Preparation and issue of residential contracts, specifications, variations and associated documentation
Co-ordination of building approvals and relevant paperwork
Lodging of covenant approvals
Issue of stage progress claims to clients
Administrative support to site
Essential skills required:
Experience in a similar role within the Residential Construction Industry (highly desirable)
Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Innate eye for detail
The following criteria will be welcomed:
Ability to interpret verbal instruction and action precisely
Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and high volume workloads
Excellent general communication and liaison skills
Ambition to improve yourself and the business
