Carpenter or Leading Hand required to work on a portfolio of commercial and retail sites across Sydney.


Your new company
A large facilities maintenance company have an immediate requirement for an experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand Carpenter to run small teams, do some project works and carry out repairs and maintenance on retail and commercial sites right across greater Sydney.

Your new role
You will be required you to run small teams, carry out all-round maintenance which will include carpentry, minor plumbing, replacing lamps, painting / patching, small projects / fit out work, client liaison, general reporting, quoting, managing staff and sub-contractors, small projects and other related maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for the Maintenance Carpenter you must be a NSW trade qualified Carpenter, have a current NSW drivers licence, previous all-round maintenance experience, good customer service skills, good presentation and basic computer skills.
