NM Architecture Pty Ltd is a Building Design Company based in South Melbourne, currently is seeking highly motivated and creative team players.

About the role

We are looking for senior architects or building designers with a min 5 full year of Australian experience in residential developments which will assist our team in day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the senior team member and be exposed to a variety of projects. This role requires you to possess a strong level of construction documentation knowledge, organisational skills and ability to learn quickly. You will be involved in all phases of the process and have the potential to grow significantly within the company.

The following criteria are vital:

Essential

· MUST HAVE!!! At least 5 Years Australian Experience.

· MUST HAVE!!! Knowledge of Revit.

· MUST HAVE!!! Knowledge of Auto Cad.

· MUST HAVE!!! Knowledge of preparing construction documentation.

· Fluent spoken & written English.

· Accuracy and precision.

· Ability to learn quickly.

· Accountability for assigned work.

Preferably

· Proficiency with 3D software
