Your New Role

Reporting to the GM of People and Culture, this newly created role is responsible for the Health, Safety and Wellbeing management systems and functions for Fantastic Furniture. This position will ensure that policies, procedures, systems and services are all in place to maintain the highest level of safety awareness, health and wellbeing, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Key in driving strategy and engaging our business leaders, you will be key in growing the business, partnering with internal teams such as Learning and development, and leading the team to ensure operational excellence in maintained and continually improved.

About You

With a strong and extensive background working in health, safety and compensation, combined with a WHS Qualification, you will have extensive knowledge of WHS legislation and standards. With experience in managing Compensation/Injury Management, you will have the ability to lead and manage change in an environment of continuous improvement. You will have strong communication skills combined with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the business.
