We’re looking for a solid Senior iOS engineer to join us to help continue to build our awesome iOS app in our Sydney office. Everything we have ever built and continue to build in our iOS app is native, and 100% Swift.

This role is on the online workflows group, a multidisciplinary engineering group. We focus to reduce the administrative burden of our users by creating a seamless experience across a job work cycle. This will span between assisting our users find more work all the way to sending invoices.

You will be part of a green field team transforming Invoice2go into becoming an app that small businesses can run their whole operation on.

You will also be joining the iOS chapter that currently has 4 iOS engineers working across our cash flow, online workflows and platform groups. The iOS chapter takes ownership of everything relating to improving the engineering capability on iOS by refactoring, pruning, solving common problems and identifying new technologies.

Skills needed?

• Skills in native mobile engineering in Objective-C and Swift
  
• Experience working with either MVC or MVVM
  
• Have been apart of the release of an app within the app store or have a side hustle (project) to prove your passion
  
• Write clear, maintainable code that will scale across a number of projects and distributed development teams
  
• Take ownership of features and product experiences that customers will be delighted by
  
• Know how to work well with product teams and strategic requirements
  

• Making thoughtful decisions and bringing new and creative problem solving approaches to the team
  
• Writing clean code and building strong iOS apps
