Formwork Foreman

The Company

A respected building company that specialises in Luxury High end, penthouses as well as various commercial projects.

The Role

You will be running a 5 storey penthouse apartment build with a team of trades, you will rarely be on the tools but if needed the perfect candidate will jump at the chance.

Description

  • The penthouse location is in Mosman.
  • You must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar management role from a Formwork background.
  • Structures / concrete knowledge is a must.
  • You will be accompanied by a Site Manager initially until you feel able to run the job solo.
  • You will be ordering materials to site, sorting out all of the necessary trades that are needed to get the job done on time.
  • Toolbox, health and safety talks.
  • FRP experience is desired not necessary, they are able to train you.
  • Attractive salary package available to the right candidate.
  • This is a permanent position so PR or Sponsored is preferred.
  • Generous holiday given to time served.
