We are an established Manufacturing Organisation specialising in the design, development and production of bespoke systems and solutions for the Gaming Industry. Due to our dedication to delivering our exceptional products and services to our clients throughout Australia we have experienced exponential growth and are now seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Support & Service Engineer with a passion for gaming to join our team in Queensland! 

What will you be doing?

As IT Support & Service Technician no two days will be the same as your time will be split between providing internal IT Support, Helpdesk support via phone utilizing remote access to troubleshoot operational and software issues and finally onsite support working to install, maintain and resolve any issues with our bespoke devices and solutions located within our established client sites throughout Brisbane and the South East.

We need you to have:

• Australian Drivers License
• Australian / NZ Citizenship or PR
• Desktop Support, Server Infrastructure, Telephony, Networking, Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, SQL Server, IIS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills & the ability to work unsupervised

It’s Nice to have:

• Gaming Technicians License
• Experience within the Gaming Industry
• Passion for gaming
