The practice has a team of 14 design and support staff led by Principal and Design Director, Meryl Hare.

As a busy interior design practice managing projects in Australia and overseas, we are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team.

Our ideal candidate will be a senior designer with an Interior Design degree, and a minimum of 6 years experience that includes having led a team⁠. Experience in high-end residential projects essential. Also required, a high degree of organisational abilities, leadership skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Management of multiple project commitments and deadlines
• Management of client relationships, expectations and budgets
• Responsibility for concept design
• Leadership and direction to junior and mid-level designers
• Nurturing and supporting junior staff
• Managing relationships with consultants and all project partners
• Time management
• Vectorworks (or equivalent)
• Strong visualisation skills (hand sketching, SketchUp, 3D etc.)
• Presentation programme experience in Indesign and Photoshop
