Your New Company

My client is a leading residential & commercial builder based in Western Sydney with a current turnover of $40M employing 30 + staff.

They deliver high end new build and major refurbishment projects ranging from $1M – $40M across the residential & commercial sector and are also developing into new markets.

The majority of the companies work to date has been negotiated through the Directors relationships, reputation and quality delivery of works completed. The company is still growing & has a well regarded Senior Management team mainly from a Tier 2 Head Contract background. 

The company have invested a lot of time, money and effort in their systems, strategies, marketing and culture as well as actioning feedback from staff, clients and subcontractors which has lead them to have established themselves as a sought after brand in the market and company of choice to both clients and staff. 


Your New Role 


The company is seeking a well rounded Foreman with experiecne in commercial and residential new build / heavy refurbishment experiecne to join the team. 

Working closely with your Site Manager you will be required to work on commercial projects valued usually ranging from $15M - $40M.

The role will involve and not be limited to adhering to a strict construction program, writing accurate site diaries/forecasts, overseeing, and managing all site personnel and implementing all site OH&S.


For you to be successful:
  • Ideally, be trade qualified as Carpenter
  • Must have a proven track record in delivering projects valued above $15M
  • Having a diverse construction background is highly desirable
  • Strong reporting and systems experience
  • Must have excellent supervision and rapport building skills
  • Must have an excellent understanding of the full cycle construction process
  • Excellent knowledge of BCA and ITP requirements
  • Excellent Leadership skills
