This company is one of the leading electrical contractors who operate on a variety of projects across Australia with specialist experience in wind and solar farm projects. They are currently in a period of expansion due to continued successful delivery of project and are looking to add an experienced electrical engineer to support the projects.

The role will be site based and current portfolio is across QLD, NSW, WA and VIC. Every effort will be made to accommodate the best location however the engineer must be willing to travel with fair rotations on offer. The electrical engineer will be required to manage project delivery, coordinator with the client and contractor and provide project support to the construction manager.

• Review of HV/MV/LV Electrical documents and drawings
• Liaising with the client and contractors on program
• Supporting design review
• Serve as point of contact for customer/contractor inquiries re the electrical.
• Preparation of engineering drawings, calculations and reports.
• Providing technical advice on electrical regulations, standards, etc
• Supervise electrical site works
• OHS review and reporting

• 2+ years post qualification experience
• Tertiary qualification within electrical engineering
• Experience in electrical works on wind/solar (desirable)
• Cabling and Trenching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be confident working on site
