World Wide Workforce has ongoing opportunities for Heavy Duty Mechanics and Auto Electricians to work on a variety of projects within the Kalgoorlie and Pilbara regions of Western Australia and in Northern Territory.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

• Relevant Australian trade qualification;
• C class driver’s license (HR preferred);
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the repair and maintenance of
• Kenworth & Western Star Prime Movers and Cummins, Detroit & CAT engines and or
• Earth moving equipment including Cat and Komatsu
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems

How will you be rewarded?

Excellent Pay Rates,

• Perth Residential, $30 to $38 per hour ($62,000 to $79,000 per annum based on 40 hour week)
• Westonia, Kalgoorlie Residential, $40 to $55 per hour ($83,200 to $114,400 per annum based on 40 hour week)
• FI/FO from Perth, $40 to $65 per hour ($83,200 to $135,200 per annum based on 40 hour week)

Metal Machinist (First Class) will work in our clients Welshpool workshop

The role will require you to:

• Repair or produce machine parts by programming, setting up and operating a CNC Lathe, CNC Mill or manual machines.
• Maintain quality, and safety standards, keeping records and maintaining equipment.,

Responsibilities:

• Programming of lathes & mills, setting zero and reference points, setting tool offsets and compensations
• Set up lathes by installing and adjusting 3 jaw & 4 jaw chucks, steadies, tailstocks, tools and attachments.
• Undertake cylindrical and or surface grinding activities
• Set up mills by installing machine vices, dividing heads and angle plates
• Load work into machines by using hoists
• Verifies sizing by measurement equipment, checking parts during process.

This will be a full-time position and the successful applicant will require Australian Recognised Trade Qualifications.

Salary range between $55,000 - $60,000 based on experience and qualifications.
