Description

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to create a shared understanding and agreement of the technical solutions.
• Work within constraints and with technical teams to develop architectures that meet strategic needs as well as business requirements.
• Work with existing patterns and approaches as well as develop new approaches to solve business needs in a way that is strategically aligned.
• Evolve technical solutions to meet changing business requirements as well as new understanding
• Participate in architecture governance to achieve endorsement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project/program team members, development engineers and other members of the Architecture community.
• Maintain appropriate project and non-project architectural artefacts.

Profile

Experience witharchitecting and designing large-scale solutions

5+ years development experience at a leadership or architectural level

Understanding of traditional and agile project delivery methods

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with:

• Best-practice architecture frameworks
• Project and program-level work products that focus on conceptual and logical architectures
• Modern integration methods
• Cloud-based technologies (particularly Azure)
• Software engineering

Integration - experience with a wide range of modern integration elements and implementation technologies, including RESTful APIs, event-streaming, messaging technologies, batch ETL technologies and cloud-based integration technologies

Engineering - experience with continuous delivery and continuous improvement principles and practices, including methodology, technology with automation experience preferred
