Custom residential builder based in the south east of Melbourne. The builder holds strong client relationships and has a strong pipeline of work through 2021. They are looking for a site manager to join the team. This is great opportunity to join a builder with a strong pipleine of work & will offer you the opportunity to run your own projects and progress within the business. 

About the Role:
- Oversee all sub-contractors
- Ensure programme measures 
- Effective client communication 

Your Background:
- 2 min years Site Management experience
- Custom or high end residential expereince
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
