Private sector client looking to engage project engineer with road or commercial construction experience.

Your new company
We are currently working with multiple Civil Contractors in Darwin who are looking for experienced Project Engineers to work across civil infrastructure projects in Darwin and regional locations.


Your new role
You will be responsible for managing contracts and supervising capital works in compliance with polices and standards. Providing regular updates and reports to the Project Manager. You will oversee the planning and the production costs daily, weekly and monthly. Developing and overseeing inspection practices of team on site to ensure effective and satisfactory progress and completion of all work areas for the project This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and knowledgeable project engineer to work on major defence projects.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this team, you will have:

• Civil Engineering Degree
• Demonstrated experience working in the construction/civil industry
• Previous experience on commercial building - desirable
• Happy to relocate to Darwin (no FIFO)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eligible to obtain Defence Clearance
