A family run construction company who have a long and successful history of being a reliable and trusted builder, have a great opportunity for a proven Production Estimator to join their team, located in Melbourne's outer South Eastern Suburbs.

Your new role
As the companies sole Production Estimator you will have a role which sees you duties include but not be limited to

• Producing accurate BOQs and take offs
• Preparing a detailed margin analysis on each job prior to site start
• Generating purchase orders
• Identifying any ETOs and resolving ordering oversights
• Checking documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements
• Liaising with internal departments and suppliers as required

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this opportunity it is anticipated you will
• Have ideally 2+ years experience in residential estimating role
• Be competent user of BusinessCraft, Databuild or like estimating program
• Strong construction knowledge and ability to read construction drawings
• Ability to work autonomously
