Due to recent growth, we have the requirement for an Experienced Engineering Manager to join our in-house Engineering team. Reporting to the Vice President - Engineering the Engineering Manager will be Accountable for performance and delivery of engineering services to support project outcomes against agreed project budgets and schedules. 

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for setting and implementing the required technically acceptable standard of work, in conjunction with the Project Manager and producing engineering design deliverables for project execution
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintaining the Safety in Design principles in all aspects of engineering work
  • Be a proactive member of the project, prepared to work outside conventional boundaries in cooperation with other team members to ensure complete coverage of each work scope

You should possess the following:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • Professional Engineering membership with Engineers Australia
  • Extensive relevant, post graduate engineering experience in engineering and construction environments
  • Experience establishing project schedules, budgets, quality and safety standards
  • Extensive knowledge of Engineering; procurement, construction and commissioning activities
  • A collaborative mindset and a broad managerial skillset combined with engineering expertise

This is a permanent full time position based in our Perth Head office.
