The Position
My client is looking for an ambitious Sales consultant to join there Showroom in the Bayside Area. They need a motivated Sales person who Great at Selling and isn’t afraid to speak to Customers. They need someone who Leads and inspires their team and has an understanding on the building materials space

$65-70k + Super + Bonus Structure

The Ideal candidate
The Ideal candidate for this role will be someone with previous Sales Consultant or Design experience with AMAZING sales skills. Looking for someone who is self-motivated and has a proven history of driving sales and achieving sales and KPI targets. Demonstrate the ability to build, lead and manage high performing Teams. Someone who Demonstrates the ability to utilize tools to support conflict resolution and employee coaching and counselling.

Retail experience
The ability to build a string and loyal customer base
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with Visual, Marketing, and Merchandising organizations to support store plans/goals.
Make decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of store.
Identifies and resolves day-to-day technical and operational problems
Assess the business and develop store business plans that support corporate retail initiatives and track results.
Manage Store expense budget.
Implement and utilize recognition, rewards, and incentives as a consistent approach to motivate and inspire the team.
Lead the training strategy for the store to ensure customer and revenue goals are achieved.
