The Role & Company

Working as the Bid and Marketing Coordinator for a Builder with presence across the Eastern Seaboard of Australia, you will be responsible for the presentation and effective time management of tenders and further marketing material across their NSW Division. There is existential room for career growth as the company continues to expand. They are an ambitious business who have demonstrated consistent growth throughout their 25 year history to date.

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you will be team focused with a flair for design and a humble attitude. Your role will be varied across managing the tender process in conjunction with the Estimating team and Senior Management through to internal and external Marketing management of the overall Brand.

The Company are a privately owned, $220M turnover construction company who have been around for more than 25 years. All of their offices are fitted out to the highest spec with a focus on innovative design and branding. With offices across the Eastern Seaboard they have blue chip private and public sector clients. They have based their growth on their people and have a history of mentoring and promoting from within. Qualifications & Experience
  • A Marketing qualification & ability to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years Marketing & Brand Management experience is essential
  • You will be able to work to a high level of autonomy and be able to communicate with an experienced Senior Management team
  • You will be creative, organised and humble
  • Ability to work to deadlines is essential
  • Experience of working within the construction industry is desirable
  • Microsoft Office and InDesign experience are preferable
