GRADUATE / CADET (Building & Construction)

This exciting opportunity is an entry level position that provides a stable and enjoyable working environment with strong growth opportunities both personally and professionally. This diverse role will include invaluable mentoring and advice from seasoned Construction Professionals who will assist the successful applicant with building practical skills and knowledge in the construction industry.

Typical Tasks Include Supporting The Project Team In

• Liaising with all trades and suppliers
• Attending meetings with Clients/Project Superintendent onsite
• Effective communication with other team members
• Cost management of trades through the construction process
• General assistance to the project team
• Document control
• Support with processing and reviewing of invoices/progress claims
  
  

To Be Successful You Will Need To

• Be studying or have recently completed a construction-related degree or equivalent
• Have solid computer literacy and competence in MS Office packages
• Be self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Have effective time management and prioritisation skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Relevant practical experience beneficial but not required
