THE COMPANY

I am currently recruiting for one of my most successful clients that I have been working closely with for the last seven years. On the back of the success and growth they have had over the past 12 months from a sales aspect in NSW, they are now looking to grow their Drafts team.

They are looking for Draftspeople that can work on projects across their whole portfolio. There is also the opportunity to progress into team lead roles as they continue to expand.

THE ROLE
  • Will need to be able to draw a wide scope of homes
  • Accurately using AutoCAD and Revit to prepare and complete architectural drawings within designated time frames
  • Ensure all drawings are completed with 100% accuracy to reflect customer requirements
  • Ensure that relationships with all internal departments, external customers, suppliers, agents and contractors are maintained and improved
  • Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of the company's products, services and processes in order to complete work confidently.
THE CANDIDATE
  • Accurately use AutoCAD and Revit
  • Drafting experience, preferably within the residential building industry
  • A strong understanding of the residential home building and construction process
  • The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken
