• Demonstrated experience in working on estimation - across various delivery models
• 6+ years of strong Test Management / Program Management Skills; 3+ years of Test Architectural, Leadership and Management, 2+ years in advisory role
• Demonstrated experience on leveraging technology to drive quality outcome
• Demonstrated experience in driving large scale transformation
• Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal, Written, Interpersonal, Listening, Presentation, Design Thinking and the ability to Lead a Workshop
• Ability to build relationship and connect with people; Excellent social skills and a positive demeanor and possessing presence
• Experience on various delivery models - Waterfall, distributed Agile Environment and Agile Development Practices (TDD, BDD etc.) and DevOps
• Good understanding of the concepts around Cloud, Digital and IOT, AI in relation to software quality assurance
• Good experience on Commercials and Pricing Models - Fixed, T&M, Managed Services etc. This could be either as a provider, or in the form of internal engagement and cost management.

• Good Experience across Industries (Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Mining)
• Ability to work with and balancing the expectations of multiple set of stakeholders
• Ability to work across hierarchy
• Experience on having worked on responding to large RFXs for clients in Australia
• Ability to connect with C-1 and C-2 Executives at Client locations, with minimal coaching
