GWA is on a journey from Good to Great, and we are looking for people who are excited by change and want to make a difference. We care for each other and encourage people to take the lead to deliver superior solutions for our customers and consumers.

Our Design and Innovation team come from a variety of backgrounds and are best in class! They all share a common purpose of ensuring they bring to life all three of our cultural pillars: We are Customer Focused & Consumer Driven; We all Lead and We Care for Each Other. Their passion and dedication are evident in how they all work together to ensure everyone achieves and that they play in a role in making GWA a great place to work!

Feel inspired? Then this may be the opportunity for you!

  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communication technical information to ‘non technical’ people
  • A down to earth, pragmatic way of working
  • A passion for design and the desire to work with a world class group of engineers!

You’ll join a winning team who value original ideas and collaborate at every development stage from design concept through to manufacturing implementation.
