Our Commercial Equipment and Hospitality Sales Coordinator will work in this rapidly evolving division this role will be multi-faceted; consisting of pricing through to liaising with all stakeholders both internal and external in achieving the most successful delivery of projects large and small. The ability to communicate both in writing and verbally will be critical as well as a ‘Can Do’ attitude to ensure on time and on budget outcomes are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Quoting and pricing of commercial equipment and fit outs
• Assist Sales reps with raising of codes
• Assist Coordinator with installations between subcontractors and builders/clients
• Assist Coordinator with delivery of equipment from supplier to sites
• Download tender documents and schedules
• Assist with securing project pricing/quotes from suppliers
• Assist customers and Reps on product information & technical advice
• Communicate via telephone and email with Reps, customers & suppliers
• Liaise with Sub Contractors
• Provide internal support to Sales Reps
• Be involved with supplier training
• Communicate internally with other divisions and other offices
• Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another Division/department

Requirements:

• Excellent customer and communication skills
• Commercial Kitchen experience preferred but not essential
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to problem solve
