Kestrel Recruitment is a local Recruitment and Group Training Organisation specialising in placing candidates with our clients across North East Victoria and Southern NSW within both the white and blue collar sectors.

Based in Albury/Wodonga, our client is a well established and very busy Builder that has been in the business for over 30 years. An opportunity has now arisen to take on a motivated individual that is already working towards completing a Carpentry Apprenticeship.

About the Role

This role is varied and you may be working on new dwellings as well as renovations so you will get a very well rounded experience within the industry. You will be trained by exceptional qualified tradesmen in a positive team environment.

About you

The person we seek will have already commenced an apprenticeship within Carpentry.

Naturally you are a hands on individual who works well in a team, with a high level of motivation to successfully complete the practical and theory based components of this Apprenticeship.

Please note that this position does require you to have reliable transport and a White Card.

Training Requirements

As part of this Apprenticeship, you will undertake Certificate III in Carpentry. A commitment to completing on and off the job training requirements of this Apprenticeship is necessary.

Please note that relevant RTO/Training fees are covered by Kestrel.

What you will be provided

Throughout the duration of this Apprenticeship, you will be provided with ongoing support by your Consultant at Kestrel which will include career advice, pay enquiries, performance appraisals, etc.
