Pega Senior System Architect

The opportunity

We have several exciting vacancies that have arisen for experienced Pega Senior Software Engineers to join a newly created team in QBE to support a number of projects across the business globally.

This role will give you the opportunity to mentor other developers by performing the development activities which are beyond the skills of developers. Being one of the first few members in the team provides an opportunity to establish yourself and make a mark in the broader team. This role has the added benefit of flexibility and the convenience of being located at either of our offices outside of the city (Homebush & Parramatta), with a mixture of office and working from home.

Your story so far

• You will be a confident Pega architect with a number of years of development experience

• Exposure to leading or being part of at least 2 end-to-end pega solutions

• Experience in PRPC version 8.x is desirable

• Ideally you will be a certified Pega Architect (SSA certification) or have experience with Pega PRPC.

• Understand the current & future requirements and design the class structure, ruleset design & case types to drive enterprise re-usability.

• Experience in configuring Declarative rules, Datapages, Flow rules, Report definitions, Decision rules, etc.

• Experience in integrations including Email Listener, SOAP, JMS, File listener, DB,REST, etc

• Experience working on Pega tools like AES, PLA, BIX.
