We are looking for someone who can provide evidence, proven experience and references, of the following tasks and duties:

  • Developing and maintaining filing systems and documents
  • Compete measures
  • Co-ordination and compilation of quotes
  • Maintain price lists from suppliers
  • Assist construction manager with financial reporting
  • Supporting the team
  • Assisting maintenance and estimating managers
  • Record all client details on data bases, ensuring all details are accurate and updated.
  • Purchase orders.
  • Complete any other duties as requested.
