Description
Our national Construction & Engineering practice is one of the most highly regarded practices in the market. Demand on our services has created an opportunity for several front end Associates to join our Melbourne Construction & Engineering team.
The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;
Responsibilities
- Assist clients on a range of front end matters
- Advise on and draft a range of construction related contracts
- Work within a thriving construction practice on work streams on large domestic and international projects
- Liaise with clients and assist in negotiations
- Assist with business development and marketing initiatives
- 2- 6 years PQE gained within a front-end construction practice
- Experience assisting on a range of front end construction matters
- Strong client liaison skills
- Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
- Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
- Back end / disputes experience will be beneficial but not essential
Remuneration will be commensurate with relevant experience.
