Our national Construction & Engineering practice is one of the most highly regarded practices in the market. Demand on our services has created an opportunity for several front end Senior Associates to join our Melbourne Construction & Engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:


  • Assist clients on a range of large front end transactional projects for significant infrastructure and commercial transactions
  • Advise on and draft construction related contracts - including all types of procurement methods
  • Manage work streams on large domestic and international projects
  • Liaise with clients and assist in negotiations
  • Assist with business development and marketing initiatives

  • 5+ years PQE within a construction and engineering practice
  • Significant front end experience of advising large private and/or government clients on large projects
  • Superior analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
  • Back end / disputes experience will be beneficial but not essential
