Your new company
Join a dynamic, development and construction company which specialises across Apartments and Townhouses throughout Melbourne.
Due to recent project wins they are requiring Site Foreman/ Finishes Foreman with Apartment & Townhouse experience.
Your new role
- Current project is into construction with focus around finishes, defects and subcontractor coordination
- Opportunity to manage the next build from start to finish
- Project has basement and high end architectural elements
- Oversee all sub-contractors
- Manage the quality of finishes
- Effective communication with all stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Experience in a Site Foreman/ Finishes Foreman Capacity on Apartment and Townhouse developments
- Exposure to basements is not essential, however preferred due to upcoming developments
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
