Our client is a Pre-IPO (unicorn) tech vendor specialists in the Big Data and Data Management sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. As a Solutions Architect based out of Perth you will be responsible for translating your technical knowledge into business solutions. Working alongside the enterprise sales team, you will be in charge with leading the technical influence with customers. 

Responsibilities

• Lead Presales activity and architecture initiatives including RFP's Demos, presentations, POC's
• Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users
• Champion the customer relationship and influence with your technical knowledge and experience
• Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years' of Enterprise Presales or Enterprise Architecture
• 3+ years experience around modern tech (AWS, Azure, GCP, Python, Java, Scala, Apache Spark, Hadoop, etc.). 
• Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
