Workfast are looking for Electrical Trade Assistants or Qualified Overseas Electricians to join their Electrical team on a construction site in Concord NSW. The rate of pay is $32.75 per hour. The ongoing electrical work will involve maintenance and installation works of Building Management Systems.

About you

Candidates must have at least 3 years experience as an Electrical Trade Assistant, a WhiteCard, their own PPE, be reliable and hardworking. This job is a casual position with full-time hours with potential for ongoing employment and career progression for the right candidate. Electrical work experience including working with data cabling, building management systems and security systems would be beneficial.

We are happy to accept Electricians qualified from abroad for this position.

$45.85 time and a half when applicable
$58.95 double time rate when applicable
$18 Travel Allowance per day
$15.38 meal allowance when working over 9.5 hours
What you need

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician or Electrical Trade Assistant
Experience working with electrical security systems beneficial
Experience working with electrical building management systems beneficial
Experience stripping cables
Experience terminating cables
Experience working with floor rough ins
Experience with running conduits
Experience working in electrical maintenance
