Residential Site Supervisor

Due to increased growth, Fairmont Homes (NSW) have the perfect opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team. We are seeking interest from experienced Site Supervisor

Fairmont Homes (NSW) is a multi-award winning new home builder located in South-Western Sydney including Winner of the 2019 HIA Australian Professional Medium Builder/Renovator. With Display Homes located at Emerald Hills (Leppington), Wongawilli and Marsden Park

The Role:

The successful Supervisor will be involved with all aspects of running the day to day projects from site, while delivering all new homes to display home standards and completed on time

The successful candidate will require:

• A trade qualification
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a site supervisor with knowledge of all aspects of the building industry (preferably with Custom Build Experience)
• Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
• Ability to manage and liaise with Clients on site
• Liaise with office Staff/Sub-Contractors/supplier
• The energy and confidence to get the job done!
• A network of trades within Wollongong area is desirable.
