Millers Strata Maintenance PTY LTD offers care taking services to the strata industry. We offer services such as common area cleaning and maintenance, gardening and lawn mowing services. Millers Strata Maintenance has been operating for the past 25 years in the Eastern suburbs area of Sydney and prides itself in offering a high standard to its clients. About the role

The role as gardener within our business, is to maintain the grounds of the buildings we maintain to a high level, this in turn compliments our care taking services and keeps our buildings pristine and our clients happy. 

The key tasks of the role are and not limited to, Quoting jobs and meeting with clients, organizing jobs and job allocation, organizing other gardening staff and work loads, machinery maintenance and gardening supplies, general garden maintenance and quality control and reporting back to management on staff and any issues.

Skills and experience

We are looking for gardeners with experience in general gardening and garden beautification, precision hedge cutting abilities, good working knowledge of plants and weeds, disease and pest recognition, ability to drive manual vehicles, good machinery knowledge and servicing skills, experience in dealing with clients and complaints resolution, experience in quoting jobs and good time management skills.

wages

This position is advertised with an annual income of between $58,500 - $65,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience in the gardening or landscaping fields. Wages are negotiable and super and other benefits are on top of salary. Overtime is available if interested during busy periods of the year.
