Mechanical knowledge, farm experience, driving tractors, basic welding etc. an advantage but not necessary. We are looking for a person to be with us long term so more than happy to train the right candidate and we also maintain and provide our valued staff a team environment that will allow them to grow and excel.

Installation of rural fencing plus all other commercial types of fencing, training will be provided of the installation methods and operation of tools, equipment, plant and machinery.

Hours based upon business demands and travel, living away from home will be required if necessary, start time ranges between 6 to 7am and long hours plus working Saturdays are needed at times to suit business demands.

The successful candidate MUST have:

• Can-do Attitude; Hard working and reliable
• Full Car License
• Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
• Hands on tools experience.
• Rural Fencing Background only 
• Ability to perform independently
• Well maintained & pride in their equipment 
• Prepared to travel all year if necessary but based from the local area 
• On the job training will be provided
