Candidate Specification
Key requirements:
- Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 4-10 years' experience in Electrical Engineering;
- RPEQ preferred;
- Have strong working knowledge of Australian electrical engineering design standards, codes and practices;
- A history of completing building services projects successfully;
- Revit 3D and BIM experience preferred;
- Able to develop and implement processes and procedures;
- local experience preferred, key interstate and international experience considered;
- Dry fire and electronic security experience would be an advantage;
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to communicate/liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, clients and contractors;
- Excellent time management skills, setting priorities, planning and organising;
- Proactively seeking to enhance personal and professional development;
- Self-motivated with a positive and friendly attitude;
- Lead, motivate and inspire team members;
- Be an active participant in demonstrating Mott MacDonald's Values and Behaviours;
- Apply initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise

Job Description
Our Mott MacDonald Brisbane team is growing so we are seeking a talented individual to be part of our expansion. We invite you to join us as a Senior Electrical Engineer to support on large scale projects relating to Hospitals, Rail Stations, Stadiums, Mixed Use Developments and Aviation.
Role Specific Duties:
You will be responsible for leading and delivering projects in a timely and technically competent manner by coordinating our MEP design disciplines with Structural, Civil and Architecture whilst producing high quality designs. You will be heavily involved in the preparation of calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports and you will need to be comfortable representing Mott MacDonald in a client facing role as building relationships and working cooperatively is central to what we do
