  • 12 month contract + 12 month extension option
  • Australian Citizenship with NV1 Security Clearance is required
  • Implement and maintain network practices

 
About the role
Our client is seeking the services of a Network Engineer to work with critical infrastructure owners and operators. As part of this role you will be required to use network management tools to analyse network traffic patterns and interpret information being collected.
As part of this role, you will be required to perform the following tasks;

  • Provide feedback on network requirements
  • Integrate new systems into existing networks
  • Diagnose network connectivity problems
  • Configuring and utilising network protection components

 
Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols
  • Experience with configuring and utilising network protection components
  • Ability to provided feedback on network requirements
  • Understanding of cyber threats and vulnerabilities
