What will you do?

In this position you will join our Infrastructure team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘Bring Ideas to Life’ for our clients. With a focus on growing our Ground Engineering capabilities in NSW we are actively recruiting a senior technical person who is passionate about working collaboratively and on building eminence.

  • We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
  • Leadership role in our Ground Engineering discipline’s inputs into D&C infrastructure projects, managing large and midsized complex projects. Providing input to client proposals and tenders
  • Be pivotal in growing Geotechnical Engineering capabilities in NSW with proven work winning ability based on existing relationships with key client
  • Responsible for the leadership and professional development of direct reports
  • Work with other disciplines to develop strategies and opportunities
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of positive client relationships and ongoing business development through promoting capability and co-ordinating with other key stakeholders regionally and globally.
  • Lead the culture of health and safety in the workplace, with clients and across the industry.
  • Maintain knowledge of Geotechnical and Ground Engineering industry developments and recommend actions as a result. Contribute to industry dialogue standards and codes.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need a tertiary qualification in Geotechnical / Civil Engineering, ideally hold Chartership and extensive experience in the delivery of major geotechnical projects including feasibility, concept and detailed design. Transport infrastructure related experience highly desirable.
