Due to recent project wins they are requiring Site Foreman/ Finishes Foreman with Apartment & Townhouse experience.

Your new role

Current project is into construction with focus around finishes, defects and subcontractor coordination
Opportunity to manage the next build from start to finish
Project has basement and high end architectural elements
Oversee all sub-contractors
Manage the quality of finishes
Effective communication with all stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

Previous Experience in a Site Foreman/ Finishes Foreman Capacity on Apartment and Townhouse developments
Exposure to basements is not essential, however preferred due to upcoming developments
Keen eye for detail
Ability to communicate effectively
