JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Director of Property Services, the Systems Technical Manager - Engineering and Maintenance is responsible for managing the planning, installation, commissioning, day to day operations and maintenance of various Engineering and Maintenance systems to comply with Crown specifications, interfaces and operational functionality. The main system the Systems Technical Manager will be responsible for is the Maintenance Management Systems, Maximo. This role will also be responsible for the development of research and proof of concept opportunities for emerging technology. Additionally, this role will contribute to the development and delivery of operational training to relevant Property Services employees.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Coordinating key business priorities across a team of technicians, contractors and providers
Liaising with IT services to manage software applications, storage and access to key data
Managing the end to end process of the installation and integration of Property Services systems
Develop and manage systems workflows
Communicate on both technical and operational levels to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
Ensuring Property Services Customer Service Standards are followed at all times
