Role requirements:

Strong ability to implement solutions to business problems.

Extensive experience in designing, developing and application development using IBM OpenPages as a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platform on solutions addressing enterprise risk management (ERM).

Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions in cloud

Experience in leveraging database technologies such as relational and analytics platforms

Experience in leveraging SOA, Microservices and API based architectures.

Strong development experience across popular programming, scripting and configuration languages and notations (Java, JavaScript, Python, Bash, JSON, YAML)

Experience in implementing API Security, Access Control (OAuth/SAML, Web SSO, SSL etc.) and proxy management.

Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP) and TCP/IP Protocols.

Experience working in DevOps environment/tools.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

Good understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle and technical testing

AWS, MS Azure certifications are an advantage, as are PCF or OpenShift certifications.

Experience with Google or Oracle Clouds would be an advantage

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related discipline.

Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, able to look for the root cause and solve issues quickly.

Experience planning, forecasting and effectively risk manage delivery epics.

Experience working in a similar IT environment: IT company, development house, consulting firm etc.

Professional Skill Requirements:

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Excellent Leadership and teaming skills.

Desire to work in an information systems environment.

Willingness to contribute to a high-performing and motivated workgroup.

Interest in the development of others - coaching and teaching junior integration architects/developers to expand their skills and capabilities.
