An experienced Production Engineer is required for an expanding salad processing operation based at Cambooya.

The successful candidate must have an Australian recognised Engineering qualification (Bachelor Degree or higher) and a minimum of 3 years work experience in a salad processing factory.

To satisfactorily undertake the daily responsibilities of this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

• sound salad vegetable product knowledge;
• HACCP based systems' implementation;
• management of production flows around product and personnel; and
• the set-up, operation and repair of standard processing equipment in this type of processing facility.

Some night shift work will be required and occasional weekends.

This is a high output facility that requires the following characteristics:

• ability to work both unsupervised and collaboratively within a skilled team
• flexibility and willingness to accommodate unscheduled disruptions
